BURN PERMIT HOLDERS

**All burn permits issued prior to 4/30/2025 are cancelled.  Please submit a new burn permit application.

ALL BURN PERMIT HOLDERS MUST CALL DISPATCH AT 402-727-2677 PRIOR TO BURNING EVERY DAY OR RISK THE POSSIBILITY OF PERMIT REVOCATION, CITATION and FINES OF $250.00 OR MORE FOR ILLEGAL BURNING. 

Permits are invalid, burning not allowed, during any Red Flag Warning from the National Weather Service. 

It is your responsibility to check for Red Flag Warnings.

Permit burning is currently: ALLOWED with limitations (reference above) 

Burn Permits will only be issued on Mondays and Fridays during office hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm

Person burning must call: 402-727-2677 prior to burning each day
